SOLVED: 99 jeep grand cherokee Blower Motor will not stop ...
I have a 2000 jeep grand cherokee and recently had the same problem...only I actually replaced my blower motor before I found that it wasnt the issue. The blower motor resistor is located on the passenger side under/behind the glove box. It will have 2 screws in it and a wiring harness coming out of it. Very easy to replace.
